La Pergola - Sant'Agnello

I chose the hotel because of location and the pool. Pool was just right, to cool off before/after long day. Breakfast was for us good, not too much but of everything enough. Grazie per vuoi, siamo stati bene!

The shower need up-dating in size.

The hotel was good value for the money. It had a lovely terrace, both on the rooftop and ground floor. Reception staff were friendly and had enough of a grasp of English to be able to communicate with us. Cleaning service was very good.

The rooms were completely devoid of any art and looked bare. We had a double room, but it was two twin beds pushed together. No provision of shampoo - only tiny soaps. Reception staff were not helpful in terms of recommending restaurants, shopping, etc. Too rigid with respect to serving food on the terrace (ie they stop serving food at 3 pm and you cannot order food after that time even if you want to stay for dinner - this was a major disincentive on the few days we just wanted to stay in and have a light dinner). They did offer dinner, from 7 to 10 pm, but only if you reserved in the morning, but it had to be eaten in a basement dining room - taking your food to the terrace was not allowed).

The rooftop solarium was an unexpected bonus, a quiet place with fantastic views to relax in shade or sun whichever you wish. The staff we came across were all most helpful.

There were only chairs around the pool, no sunbeds.

WiFi is not working in the rooms of the hotel.

Ein kostenloser Shuttle-Bus bringt einen in die Stadt. Zu Fuß sind es 20 min. Das Hotel ist in einer Seitenstraße. Daher ist es sehr ruhig für dortige Verhältnisse. Das Zimmer war sauber, mit Klimaanlage und Fön und einem kleinem Balkon. Der Pool war ausreichend, allerdings sind die Liegestühle knapp bemessen. Das Frühstück ist abwechselnd mit Rühr-, Spiegel- und hartgekochten Eiern, Weißbrot, Croissant, Nutella, Marmelade, Wurst, Käse und Cerialien ausreichend.

Die Musik im Frühstücksraum war 1 Woche lang nur 1 Lied in der Dauerschleife.

בלת פנים מצוינת ,חדר גדול ומרווח ,מרפסת יפה חדר ממוזג,ארוחת בוקר מצויינת ובשפע,מזנון עשיר כולל פירות!!!(נדיר מאד באיטליה בחלק הדרומי!) ,צוות דובר אנגלית ,חנייה זמינה,סביבה ירוקה ורומנטית ,מקום יפיפה טובל כולו בפריחה ובירק!!!

נמצא בשכונה מחוץ לסורנטו ולכן חייבים רכב ,כדי להגיע לעיר -אבל מי שמגיע ברכב המיקום מצוין

El Hotel La Pergola se encuentra a 1.5 kms del centro de Sorrento, y caminar hasta ahí es agradable. La atención de todo personal es fantástica y te hace sentir bienvenido. De hecho, la mejor atención y el sentirse en casa fue recibida en ese hotel. El desayuno es bueno, fresco y el salón muy agradable. Tiene parqueo y si se moviliza en carro hay muchos centros de interés magníficos para visitar como Positano, Capri y otros bellísimos escenarios de la Costa Amalfitana. No se pierda visitar el pueblo de Ravello en la Costa Amalfitana. The hotel is just 20 minutes walking from the center of Sorrento. The better staff that we found in our stay in Italy. Friendly, cheerful and PRESTO to help you!. Breakfast was very good. If you travel by car, the hotel offers a parking lot and you are close to many other beautiful places such as Positano, Capri, Almalfi Coast. Don´t miss Ravello which is a small medivial town at Amalfi Coast. Very romantic and elegant.

El hotel es modesto sin lujos, las habitaciones un tanto pequeñas (eramos tres adultos) y la ducha muy pequeña pero todo muy limpio. Si van 3, recomiendo alquilar 2 habitaciones. A very modest hotel. No luxeries but very clean dorms. Dorms are quite small and toilet too. We were three and space was limitted.

Staff molto gentile,pulizia e ampiezza delle camere buona,colazione ok,posizione tranquilla e poco distante dal centro di sorrento,da ritornarci sicuramente!

Lo staff della reception molto gentile e disponibile a qualsiasi informazione, colazione abbondante con personale di sala ottimo

Le camere che ci hanno assegnate si trovavano al piano terra vicino alla reception, quindi si sentiva molto rumore sia la sera tardi che al mattino presto. La colazione era buona ma il cappuccino della macchinetta veramente orribile, si potrebbe migliorare
